Its About People & Bringing People Together

Press Release - Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In line with Government Guidelines we are cancelling social meetings and activities such as our bi-weekly coffee group eXpresso Yourself and the Make for Pride workshops. We will reschedule the ‘LGBTQ Mental Health workshop’ due to take place on Sat 18th April to a later date in the year. We will also delay the roll out of our LGBTQ literature project announced in February. We are currently still working towards holding the main summer pride festival on Saturday 8th August 2020. However we are having discussions with the council and other partner organisations regarding a contingency date later in the summer should we have to postpone.

Mayflower 400 Events

Pride in Plymouth with support from the Mayflower 400 Culture Fund will be presenting a diverse mix of events throughout 2020 culminating with the Plymouth Pride Festival celebrating LGBTQ culture in the first week of August.

Events leading up to the main Pride Festival on Saturday 8th August 2020 will explore the Mayflower400 themes of freedom, humanity, immigration and the future.

Upcoming Events:
