On foot from key locations
Plymouth Albion RFC is located in Devonport on the western side of the City Centre it is approximately 35 minute walk from Plymouth Train Station or the City Centre. It is only a 10 minute walk from Devonport Station. Albion is exactly one mile (30 min walk) from the Royal William Yard.
The venue is perfectly located for you to walk in groups with your banners and flags to increase the visibility of our true selves from any of the above locations.
There will be a flag parade around Devonport Park (celebrating 10 years since our first event in 2012 held in Devonport Park), celebrating 10 years of the HLF funded bandstand which we were one of the first to use.
We will then make a a very loud colourful and visual presence walking together to Plymouth Albion. We are aware that this is a short parade but it marks a significant 10 year mile stone for us and the the people we have supported over the last ten years.
There may be delays at the crossing at Fore St. and the bag check at Albion. Please respect our volunteer stewards and paid security staff – they are there to keep you safe,
